Our stay had some ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome. The rooms, however, had a musty smell that affected our overall comfort. The breakfast was decent, but it's best to arrive early to secure a table. The location is great as it's close to Universal and offers convenient shuttle service, although the pool could definitely use some improvement.
